Ron George serves as Founder and Managing Principal Consultant of Ascending Phoenix Consulting, LLC, where he provides strategic advisory support to organizations navigating complex challenges, leadership transitions, and periods of growth and transformation.
With over two decades of experience across legal practice, business operations, and international consulting, Ron brings a disciplined, execution focused approach to strategy and organizational leadership. His work is centered on helping leaders operate with clarity, make informed decisions in uncertain environments, and align strategy with effective execution.
Ron earned his Master of Global Management from the Thunderbird School of Global Management at Arizona State University, his Juris Doctor from Western State College of Law, and his Bachelor’s degree in Political Science from Fairleigh Dickinson University. His experience spans Asia, the Middle East, Latin America, and Europe, where he has contributed to cross border consulting initiatives, institutional partnerships, and global business engagements.
Ron brings a multidisciplinary perspective shaped by experience in law, strategy, and operations, with a focus on clarity, disciplined decision making, and long term organizational stability. His work supports the firm’s ability to deliver management consulting, strategic advisory, and crisis management services with structure, insight, and consistency. Lisa George
Co-Founder and Chief Financial Officer
Lisa George serves as Chief Financial Officer and Co-Founder of Ascending Phoenix Consulting, LLC, where she contributes financial insight, operational expertise, and strategic support to organizations seeking greater financial stability, improved business processes, and sustainable growth.
With more than three decades of professional experience spanning financial services, mortgage banking, legal operations, and business administration, Lisa brings a practical, results oriented approach to financial management and organizational effectiveness. Her career has taken her from New York to Florida, Georgia, and Arizona, providing broad experience across diverse business and financial environments.
Prior to becoming Co-Founder of Ascending Phoenix Consulting, Lisa held several positions with American Express, where she specialized in high value customer relationships, financial account analysis, collections, negotiations, and regulatory compliance. Her extensive background also includes positions with Ocwen Financial Corporation and LPS Default Solutions, where she gained significant experience in mortgage servicing, financial recovery, asset management, and operational controls. Lisa was a New York State Certified Paralegal and has pursued undergraduate studies in Business Administration and Accounting at Western Governors University.
Working alongside Ron George, Lisa brings a complementary financial and operational perspective to Ascending Phoenix Consulting's strategic advisory services. Her expertise supports clients in strengthening financial processes, improving cash flow and receivables practices, identifying operational risks, enhancing internal controls, and improving organizational efficiency.
